Call Handler Error 998 - Windows 7 64 bit

Someone is complaining of the following error: "call_handler: couldn't get context of main thread, error 998". Does anyone know what is causing it?

They are using Windows 7 64 bit, I thought GnuWin32 worked on 64-bit?

Windows 7 x64 line 205: [: ==: unary operator expected

I don't get this problem myself but someone has complained "Windows 7 64-bit. i get the following error: "line 205: [: ==: unary operator expected"

I literally have no idea what is causing this...

wrong project path

If you set . as the package, please use this as a path to.
I think it would be nice to change
ENDPATH="${output_folder}/${PLUGINNAME}/src/com/bukkit/${USERNAME}/${PLUGINNAME}"
to
ENDPATH="${output_folder}/${PLUGINNAME}/src/${USERNAME}/${PLUGINNAME}"
