Add option to remove any uninstalled extensions in case the user does not want it visible anymore.

Add a minimum threshold for reviews so users can choose how strict the review warnings are instead of showing it if a single review contains a key word.

Suggest have "5" as the default threshold.

Add a link to the options page from the popup to make it easier to find

I just came across your page ruler and this, and it seems like it was ahead of its time two years ago before the privacy/security concerns really were in the public sphere. What would you use instead to provide the same security awareness check, if anything, right now?

When an extension is uninstalled, the disabled action event is also logged at the same time.

Disabled log should be suppressed when an item is uninstalled.
