[Feature request]: Cafe review

Inspired by this twitter thread, I think having cafe reviews would be a net plus feature for petakopi.

To simplify things and prevent excessive features, we can use google reviews as sole guide:

Below is suggested list of features to be added

Essential features:

• Display of reviews and ratings in cafe details page.
• Authenticated and authorized users should be able to make review and ratings(textare and star rating 1-5)

Additional features:

• Display calculated ratings, number of reviews in cafe details page
• Display calculated ratings alongside cafe in listing page(https://petakopi.my/)
• Users be able to delete their reviews
• Profile page for users to display all their reviews
• Ability to add images in reviews
• Abitility to rate by category of service (e.g. food, service, atmosphere)

Hi, just a suggestion I think could be a good QOL increase.

It would be nice if there can be a counter of cafes found somewhere in the page especially when we've filtered the page by states.

Kadang-kadang bila saya buka halaman kedai tertentu, saya tertarik untuk ingin teroka lagi kedai-kedai lain yang serupa cirinya. Contohnya, bila saya perasan yang kedai tertentu dibuka lewat malam, saya ingin terus tengok lagi kedai apa lain yang buka sampai lewat malam. Ya, boleh sahaja saya buka halaman depan dan buat tapisan tersebut, tetapi lebih senang sekiranya saya dapat lakukan terus perkara tersebut dengan hanya satu ketik/sentuh. Saya rasa ini merupakan ciri "kualiti hidup" yang boleh memudahkan pengguna, dan pada masa yang sama, boleh menjadi nilai tambah yang meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna dalam petakopi.
