When dispatching cloudevents to a module,

• a typemap of events that is possible to route is needed
• based of union names ?

When using this for "all" streams. Add a transaction.
The "ineffective" extension could also pattern match and see if a better implementation is supported.

Since serialization of cloud events and it's extensions ain't 100% clear. See if 2.0 addresses these issues.

In the same fashion as the dapr eventstore, lets users configure partitionKey meta data.

Add Async Api for the Dapr endpoint(s)
