Add a notebook to calculate flux and upper limits

  • Select observations.
  • Display counts, exposure and background derived from observations.
  • Define a region to extract/mask and fit spectrum.
  • Calculate a spectrum (w/ eventual upper limits) for the spectral range defined.
  • Plot fit/butterfly of the spectral model.

  • Calculate sensitivity with CTA IRFs and observation time. (+ other params)

Add notebooks to simulate DM observations with CTA IRFs

1D spectrum simulation

  • Simulate a DM spectrum from boosted theoretical fluxes with a TableModel and CTA IRFs

3D simulation

  • For spatial component we can use SkyDiffuseMap to read the spatial template from Clumpy
  • For the spectral component we can use TableModel with the flux from a tabular dataset file
