I'm not quite sure if this is the place to ask for this but I'll try:

Would it be possible for you to add the "website_id" key to the results from this query:
http://docs.performancehorizon.apiary.io/#reference/granular-publisher-reporting/conversions/list-all-conversions

Like:

"campaign_id": "10l176",
"publisher_id": "1l1007802",
"website_id": "10l176",

If not is there any request that features a publisher website identifier I could use to cross reference with the conversions list?

Small bug: The correct value for key conversion_status should is 'approved' not 'accepted' (at least this is what I get back from the API) :)

It would be very useful for us publishers that you return the pubref associated to the conversion in this endpoint:
https://api.performancehorizon.com/reporting/report_publisher/publisher/publisher_id/conversion

I'm not able to get the xml format to work - it was working in the past. The default json file is fine but adding .xml to the url is giving a 500 error.
