Hey, thank you for your job with the bot. This is a great thing to have a good time.

I have an idea how to improve experience. What if we make tournaments that could be planned? For example we can plan tournament in 18 o'clock and then accept bets, if there are bets less than 5 (could be set by manual to any tournament game) in a time to start, then game will be canceled.

While a balance can be negative we don't care about locking a client money.

Let's move all calls to telegram api onto separate file/object/lib.
This must allow code look more clean, and substitute mock interface for local debugging purposes.

I think Rust is great for kabanchiks.
