2. Create a book model

Note:

• Book status = available, unavailable, removed, locked
• Business rules
  • available = User can ask for the book
  • reading = User can enter in the waitlist
  • removed = No one, but the admin can see this book
  • locked = User cannot ask for the book or enter in the waitlist

It includes:

1. Add a nickname field to the user model
2. Say "Hi {{ request.user.nickname }}" if it exists
3. Messages will use "nickname" (future)

1. Only ADMINS can remove books from the database
2. Books must have their status changed to unavailable by the user who has the book at that moment.
