Current Behavior

retrieve will fail if the destination folder does not exist.

Expected Behavior

Possible Solution

• Create the destination folder if it not exist
• Add a flag like --force for instance which would create the destination folder if it does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run retrieve with a -d flag pointing to a folder which does not exists.

Would like to be able to download 'Overall Scores (csv)' files too.

Current Behavior

We are only downloading 'Neighborhood Ways (shp)' files.

Expected Behavior

Possible Solution

Reuse existing code to implement an Overall Scores downloader. Add options to the command line so that csv files can be downloaded separately from shp files.
