Thread commission petition (c/cp) CoAP message does not get forwarded from Ethernet interface to Mesh. This prevents external commissioner from commissioning thread devices.

There is an operator precedence error at https://github.com/ARMmbed/coap-service/blob/master/source/coap_service_api.c#L206 :

if(coap_ticks && !coap_ticks % SECURE_SESSION_CLEAN_INTERVAL){
should be
if(coap_ticks && !(coap_ticks % SECURE_SESSION_CLEAN_INTERVAL)){

The symptom is that coap_connection_handler_exec which is supposed to clean timed out sessions from the list never gets called.

I'm sorry if this is not the appropriate channel for this kind of question---I couldn't find any other.
Is there any example of a CoAP application server, based on this library, in which I can see the steps it performs until it finally listens on a given UDP port? And, most importantly, an application to which I could send, for instance a CoAP GET request using libcoap client and see that application handle such a request?

This breaks the IAR build of mbed-os-example-mesh-minimal

it might break other toolchains also.

Thread commissioning does not work when using Android commissioning application v1.01.11.

The application finds Thread border router but it is not able to connect it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build nanostack-border-router application with the latest mbed-os (5.7.2)
2. Connect nanostack-border-router to IPv6 WiFi network
3. Connect Android device to the same WiFi network
4. Start Android commissioning application, the application finds nanostack-border-router
5. Observe result:

Actual result:

• Android commissioning application jams to network selection screen. The application does not open QR-code scanning screen and therefore no new devices can be added to the Thread network.

Expected result:

• Android commissioning application is able to connect to Thread network. QR-code scanning screen is opened and new devices can be added to the Thread network.
