@guillermo-carrasco @vezzi Is there, or can one define an identifier for a sequence run? Such as flowcell+lane

Right now, I just have a sequential counter for each seqrun in a libprep object. That does not seem appropriate.

So it changes automatically according to modifications of source code.

For requested pipeline/analysis for a project. @vezzi Is this correctly understood?

• Sequence run: exactly which parameters are needed?
• Which are the allowable values, types, units?

@vezzi We need to go through all fields in all entities, and specify semantics, allowed types and values.

For example:

What is the relationship of 'pipeline' to 'Best-practice analysis' ? See e.g. http://charon-dev.scilifelab.se/project/P2

And is the description for that field OK? See edit page for that project.

Should this be a selection from a limited set, or simple text?

And so on.

Can this be made general for other auth methods?

Not sure this is a bug, but using the http protocol http://charon-dev.scilifelab.se will redirect to the correct Charon interface.

If you use https://charon-dev.scilifelab.se will do the same reirection as if you typed tools-dev.scilifelab.se

Any comments on that?
