macos (big sur) icons just question box

hi, i have both the status bar font and iterm2 profile font set to a nerd font (i've tried many for both) but no matter what the glyphs show only as question mark boxes

Add OpenWeather URL to README

The weather component doesn't show values

Followed all the steps in the manual, including getting API key, but still getting this:

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Run pip install in make install

Choose city, refresh rate, units and so on from iterm2's setting UI
