I realizes it is easy to hide in/out excution indices in css;
summary issue was also probably related to the scheme - added summary as a metatag

  1. Yes you are right, the in/out can be customized by css.
  2. Your idea on the summary is really cool! Currently the summay is generated by truncating html content, which is very ugly. I will try to work on showing a certain range of cells for summary.

The summary issue is resolved at 9087b6b

It now supports specifying one cell as summary. I personally do not think multiple cells in summary is useful.
