Support keys that are only stored in prefs and not cached
Justifications:
- Sometimes a TypedKey represents a value that is only accessed very infrequently. So, it shouldn't consume memory at all times.
- Different processes (services, app in Android) may access the same key. So, if the key is not read from the disk every time, we may get a stale value.
