Feed type awareness

When reading from feeds the merger must dsitinguish between different types of

Enable users to define a name to their feeds

The user should be able tp define a name for each feed.

There are two possibilities:
 * feed names are unique (two users cannot have the same)
 * the path can reference the user (github style)

New feature: User submitted code

Allow the user to submit own code to post/pre process the feed content.

Important questions:
what language should the submitted code be?
what to allow/block?

Limit number of feeds

Add field to limit number of feeds. This limit should be applied to each feed.
Another limit would a global entries limit.

This feature will need a new Entity (Owner or User) to hold user specific
settings.
