Is there a way to install this library without installing fas_features? My laptop has an ARM chip, and I've been having issues installing fast_features because of that.

I've been working on XAI for the past 5-6 months and recently became interested in counterfactuals for time series models, so my understanding is still a working in progress.

I saw you made use of SHAP and LIME as baselines, which you point out are not really applicable to time series. The only way I can imagine you could use them for time series is when features are static, independent of time. But for most time series, features are strongly dependent on time.

I'm working on a project where I want to explain a GRU-D model. I've had some issues with this since the training and test data I'm using contains NA and NaN values. I understand that this causes SHAP-based explainers like TimeSHAP to estimate incorrect feature importance. Would this be an issue with CoMTE?
