I cant get this to build correctly. Get the following error during make.

On my laptop with Ubuntu, I can right click in Arculator by clicking the bottom-right area of my trackpad. But I can't do a middle or right click using a two/three finger tap that works on other apps. It would be nice to get this working in Arculator.

It would be useful to have some command line options to allow launching a specific machine config and allow starting in fullscreen.

It would be useful to have configurable extension/filetype mappings for hostfs. This could be done using a simple text file containing the mappings.

I've added some extra keyboard shortcuts to allow releasing the mouse and going full screen since my laptop keyboard doesn't have a right-win key or easy to type home key. But it would be better to have a UI to allow configuring this.
