@jypeter I will update the installation, that was written 2 years ago and PrePARE did not exist at the time. Actually PrePARE does not use CMDS2 anymore, but Cdunif direclty in version 3.3.0 which increased the speed a lot.
I might get rid of the Github steps, I don't think people are using them.

I got rid of the github step since it was no longer working and people use cdms2 now.
To create cmor they should follow the steps in the ".travis.yml" file.

@dnadeau4 Since netcdf4 has replaced cdms2 in PrePARE, I think we should remove its mention from the PrePARE page.
