I'm trying to install latest version on Huawei watch 4 pro (latest harmony os 4):

.\adb.exe install 19.apk
Failed to install 19.apk: Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY: Reconciliation failed...: Reconcile failed: Package li.power.app.wearos.teslanak requires unavailable shared library com.google.android.wearable; failing!]

How possible to fix it?

Do you mind adding screen shots on what the app interface looks like on a watch? Also, can you use this app to start the car? It's be nice to have my watch as a backup key in case my phone dies.

I've installed the apk per the instructions successfully, and paired the new key with the car. It did take some time for the car to see the key when placed on the console.

Install command:
adb install tesla_key.apk
Performing Streamed Install
Success

I renamed the apk tesla_key.apk before install. Not sure if this matters.

Post new key creation in the car the car is unable to see the watch key. It does not become bold in the key list as a card does when present.

With the car locked the car also does not see the watch key when presented to the pillar.

Verified NFC is on
Verified the watch app is able enabled for NFC
Opening the app indicates the key card is ready to use.

Just wondering if this app can also be used for other purposes? Like to pair with an NFC tag/fob, for open door purposes?

Or is this wearapp, actually sending some unlock to the tesla app on android, that unlocks the car?
