Quickstart VM

The Cresco-VM provides a quickstart enviorment for working with Cresco.

Using the Cresco-VM

  1. Download the Cresco-VM VMDK Image and uncompress it on your computer.
  2. Using VirtualBox or VMware Fusion boot the VM.
  3. Determine Cresco-VM IP address and login with username=cresco and password=u$cresco01
  4. Login to RabbitMQ Web Interface http://cresco-vm_ipaddress:15672 with username=guest and password=cresco
  5. Launch Cresco-Controller controller0 and Cresco-Agent agent0, with DummyPlugin plugin/0 by executing the script: /opt/cresco/run.sh
  6. Log files can be found in the /opt/cresco/logs/ directory.
  7. SSH into controller0 on the same IP address as the Cresco-VM on port 5222 (ssh cresco@cresco-vm_ipaddress -p 5222) using username=cresco and password=cresco
  8. Follow console instructions
