There is needed to add integration using description.

Acceptance Criteria:

2. Components functionality and slots description

For Modbus optimization, the component needs to have additional 2 slots with merged values in pairs: position with status, and setpoint with up/down control. there is needed to create ModbusNumericRegisterBits component for iSMA_ModbusTcpSlaveNetwork

Acceptance criteria:

1. New 2 slots with linkSet function

2. First slot merges position (bits 0-7) and status (bits 8-15)

3. Second slot merges setpoint (bits 0-7) and up/down controls (bits 8-15)

4. Component allows to set start bit (0-15)

5. Component allows to set bit number

6. Component can realize Read and Write functions.

7. "in" slot has function linkSet

Actually component doesn't support any status value.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Component returns current status of blinder (open, opening, closing, closed)
2. Component has new slot with linkSet function (value will be saved in NV component)

Actually component doesn't support last value of the status. It is needed for HA to blinder control by single button - at now it always close window if it is opened, and opened is if position is > 0. Last status will cause, that after stopping the blinder it will drive in opposite direction (and not - always down like now)

Acceptance criteria:

1. Component returns last status of blinder (open, opening, closing, closed)
2. Component has new slot with linkSet function (value will be saved in NV component)
