Column types

What annoys me a little is that the column types are sorted alphabetically, but the important types are at the bottom. I always need to scroll to get INTEGER or TEXT which are the common types as SQLite or SQLite3 uses.\n\nOperating system:\nLinux 32-bit\n\nVersion:\n2.0.12

Export DB produces wrong SQL

(This issue was migrated from the old bug tracker of SQLiteStudio)

Original ID from old bug tracker: 186
Originally created at: Thu Jul 28 13:30:47 2011
Originally last updated at: Thu Jul 28 13:30:47 2011

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
Using the 'Export Database' function produces SQL code that cannot be imported ("Execute SQL from file') later.

DESCRIPTION:
SQLiteStudio mauls the quotes around variables - it forgets to add ' before and after variables.

SQLiteStudio should simply use the standard SQLite code:

sqlite3 db.sqlite .dump > db.sql

Remove content of a column with delete key

(This issue was migrated from the old bug tracker of SQLiteStudio)

Original ID from old bug tracker: 182
Originally created at: Thu Jul 28 13:25:06 2011
Originally last updated at: Thu Jul 28 13:25:06 2011

I want to delete and a column value in a table and press delete and always remove the whole row. For me it's not intuitive that it works this way. The back button is okay to, but pressing delete and only get the column removed seems more suitable for me.

I could change the delete row function to another key, but then delete has no function anymore. I'm missing the option to assign a key to empty a column.\n\nOperating system:\nWindows XP/2003/2000\n\nVersion:\n2.0.12

Natural Join no longer works

(This issue was migrated from the old bug tracker of SQLiteStudio)

Original ID from old bug tracker: 178
Originally created at: Thu Jul 28 13:20:29 2011

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
Create a query that uses a Natural Join, ex:
"SELECT \* FROM TableA NATURAL JOIN TableB"

DESCRIPTION:
When attempting to use a query that contains Natural Join, the following error is displayed:
"Error while executing query: no such column: NATURAL.ROWID"

Interestingly, Views that contain a Natural Join still display properly.

This SQL query still works in v2.0.5, but doesn't in v2.0.8 (I don't have 2.0.6 and couldn't open .7)
