I like how you phrased the question, but no :)

Sending a "WEBIRC" line is a way for a web-based IRC client that is being operated by the IRC network to pass along the user's IP address so that it can show that instead of the IP address of where the IRC client itself is hosted. This project is intended to be hosted by the user (not an IRC network) and intentionally does not leak the user's IP to the server, so the WebIRC host's IP is shown on IRC.

Also, I assume that clients which support this don't keep persistent sessions, so once the browser is closed, the session is destroyed. It is a core feature of WebIRC to stay connected even after the user logs off.
