I have come across the organization @bible, and it appears the organization is no longer active. This is based on what is shown to the public, which shows the latest repository update in Jun 22, 2012 (8 years, 6 months ago from the time I write this). I have some plans which would make great use of the handle for the community of Christian developers.

Now I'm not sure who is the owner (no contact information is provided), but I see that both @joelray712 & @PaulOtt have made commits to the only existing repository. So, I am reaching out to the both of you to see if there's a way that we can discuss transferring ownership of the organization.
