Implemente uma lista encadeada de inteiros, utilizando alocação dinâmica de memória,com as seguintes operações:

1. Criação da lista vazia;

2. Verificar se a lista está vazia;

3. Obter o tamanho da lista;

4. Obter/modificar o valor do elemento de uma determinada posição na lista;

5. Inserir um elemento em uma determinada posição;

6. Retirar um elemento de uma determinada posição.

7. Imprimir os elementos de toda a lista.

Implement a linked list of integers, using dynamic memory allocation, with the following operations:

1. Creating the empty list;

2. Check if the list is empty;

3. Get the size of the list;

4. Get/modify the element value from a given position in the list;

5. Insert an element at a given position;

6. Remove an element from a given position.

7. Print the elements of the entire list.
