Some tool packages that I use for my codes.
Personal tools that I use for my codes.
file_tools.py: Argv reading and checking. Configuration file reading and writing.
network_gen_tools.py: Generation and manipulation algorithms for networks, using python's networkx.
database_tools.py: Tools for manipulating output files from 'paramvar' simulations.
plot_tools.py: Plot styles and tools to manage them, using matplotliib.
As some modules (e.g. paramvar_tools) depend on other modules (e.g. file_tools), an import command is needed. This is currently done via "from toolbox.file_tools import (...)", which forces the folder to be named "toolbox" for it to work.
This can be solved with relative import paths, which however may be tricky to get to work. This issue is a reminder for me to try and implement this soon.
