What happened?

On Linux (and Windows exe running through Wine) the font does not render for me.
I don't see any errors in the console, this is the console output. Please help!

Hello.
I was making a song and I decided to export it. But I realized I had forgotten to add in a part. So I clicked cancel when I was at step 4 in the song. Now when I try to play or try to export the song stopes at step 4.

PS: When clicking export while playing, the current step of the song and the first step are overlapped in the .WAV file.

Hi! I've been observing and reviewing some of my Indonesia translations recently while using v1.4-beta, and I saw that the line "No saved projects" didn't get translated at all. I'd appreciate it if that line will be added in future updates, thanks.

Btw, my translations of this line will be: Tidak ada proyek yang disimpan

What happened?

Just recently I found a bug that's present on both Windows and Android. For some odd reason, I can't type the ) symbol when I'm writing the name of the project to be saved. Curiously, the ( symbol can be typed, though. Can you fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hello.
I don't like that there is only one option for playing the song using the "Play" button in the column menu. Instead I would like to separate this option into two buttons:

1. "Play" - plays a song starting from the selected column until the end of the song.
2. "Play column" - plays a single column (like the "Play" button before).

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to create a pull request with my changes regarding adding few changes I made in the column menu and a new language (Polish).

The changes I made:

1. Added a new localization (Polish),
2. Added new text entries (BTN_PLAY_COLUMN, BTN_COPY, BTN_PASTE),
3. Slightly changed the column menu (now it's vertical),
4. Changed functionality of the "Play" button in the column menu (now it plays a song from the column and continues until the end of the song),
5. Added a new button in the column menu ("Play column" - which is basically the previous "Play" button),
6. Added minor fixes (changed the "Copy" and "Paste" labels to the ones that were mentioned in the 2nd point, so now they are translatable).

What happened?

When I wanna play my whole "song" or piece, it only plays one or two rows - when I try to export or download, it also only downloads the one or two first rows - the demo piece plays just fine.... When I made the songs, I didn't have this problem, but now, a few hours later, it won't play them through

Also, I have 21 rows on one of them, but it's as if it can't see them...? Hopefully this is an easy fix.

I just finished extracting the file.

When I opened the MusicDJ.exe the computer show

Describe the problem you're having

I've got a bunch of MusicDJ MIDI files made on SE K750i back in 2006, however nothing can open or convert them. Edit: VLC with fluidsynth can in fact open them (thanks to some people for the tips). MusicDJ data appears to be stored in the SEM1 chunk as noted in losnoco/foo_midi#1 and confuses most MIDI decoders.

I was wondering if it would eventually be possible to import the files as projects in this new MusicDJ recreation. However, since I imagine this use case is super rare I'm just leaving it as a "nice to have" in the hopes someone would be compelled enough to work on this.

I've been using your recreation of MusicDJ because I used to play one or two when I borrowed my family relatives' Sony Ericsson phones back then, and when I saw that you're preparing to do some localization thing, I began to think that Indonesia language should be there, too.

I may have no expertise at coding atm (not my forte yet), but I can do some Indonesian language translation for you. Please do note that I don't have Sony Ericsson phones yet at the time I'm writing this, so some of the translations might possibly be different than what's seen on the phone, and the melody tidbits like Groove, Salsa and all that Jazz (pun intended 😛) are not included. However, you can give me the pointers and previews on how the texts will appear and on which conditions, and I'll do my best to translate for you. I might want to make a pull request when I feel that my translations are fully ready, too.

What happened?

I found a minor issue when exporting the songs on both Windows and Android. When the exporting is done, the Cancel button stays, even though the button is supposed to change into Close instead. I'm concerned that this will cause a bit of confusion after the exporting process is already finished. So I'd appreciate it if you can change this, thank you 🙂

i feel from build the song is time consuming. i like try to repetitive bass with 3, 4, 3, 4 without adding manual, like copy paste.

Describe the solution you'd like

like the title, so we can create song from json format. i can build song only copy paste if i need repetitive song. Reason using json is because much simpler. Any format is good too (txt, xml, etc).

In the samples of piano, reggae and techno samples are sometimes inverted and sometimes even replace each other. Sometimes, I don't even think that this is the music of techno.
I hope this can get fixed as soon as possible.
