Add database support for sqlite.

Database interface needs to be generalized.

Plot util interface is incomplete and I managed to crash the spreadsheet. There is no way to assign labels to bars, only pie and XY charts seems to be working ok.

Too many inconsistencies between the documentation and how the program works. Needs to be reconciled.

X interface needs to be validated. Check other possible toolkits.

Print API needs to be made general. It is basically hard coded to postscript and to text.

User interface is functional but needs to be more friendly that it currently is. The original objective seems to be for speed of data entry, this needs to be retained, but it needs to have a better way to get information from the system in a more friendlier way.

Source needs to be read and audit. It seems that the source is fine, but the development for the Motif interface caused some inconsistencies. Need to be looked at.
