Is there a way to prevent the left menu pushing and pulling the main body container content?
Usage would be initial left menu position closed and the menu open OVER the content.

I want to only use the Top nav bar to navigate through pages if i comment the html code it is leaving space on the page where the side nav bar used to be

I use jquery 3.1.1 and bootsrap 3
I constantly see an error:

jQuery.Deferred exception: nav.size is not a function TypeError: nav.size is not a function
and

Uncaught TypeError: nav.size is not a function

many object created but not show a calendar. cases:

• bootstrap.min.css : work!!
• bootstrap-crearmin.min.css: dont work!

div created but not show in second case
