the-aviator's Introduction

The Game ๐ŸŽฎ

Do you like challenges? Play a coding Game that test your skills in creating algorithms. The proposed challenges have different difficulty levels, which make the game suitable for both beginner and experienced programmers.

What are you waiting for? Test yourself and challenge friends and colleagues ๐Ÿ˜Ž.

As a computer engineering student and creator of this project, I would recommend tools like this as educational๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽ“ support in schools and universities. Thanks to targeted design choices and an advanced code debugging system (with time travel), The Game tries to provide the best developer experience and guide the student's reasoning in each challenge.

Worlds ๐ŸŒ

  • BEGINNERS' FOREST ๐ŸŒฒ - Designed for beginners

  • PROGRAMMERS' FARM ๐Ÿšœ - Designed for beginners

  • RECURSIVE VOLCANO ๐ŸŒ‹ - Designed for advanced students and teachers

  • IMPOSSIBLE OCEAN ๐Ÿณ - Not even teachers can solve this๐Ÿ˜Ž

Built with ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

This Game is built on Blockly using blockly-gamepad.

Special thanks ๐Ÿค

the-aviator's Issues

Cleanest final level solution?

My first solution took me about 40 minutes and worked but had about 970 steps to it.
I reduced that to an 860 step solution by turning the plane around instead of letting it slam into a wall after it sees the second yellow block.

Then I had a thought for a simpler solution, that quickly broke due to the second yellow block, but I did solve by applying what I learned for that 860 step solution.

Here is my 479 step solution:

Lol. I did the final level :D

I saw your post about react-repainting and came to your github. While checking repositories i saw this repository.
I STARTED PLAYING IT AND COULDN'T LEAVE IT UNFINISHED :D
