No output when config lacks "repo" param

Trying to switch to a project which configuration has no "repo" param ends execution without action nor output.

For example, with this .tacoma.yml:

foo:
  aws_identity_file: "$HOME/.ssh/id_rsa"
  aws_secret_access_key: [real_key_here]
  aws_access_key_id: [real_key_id_here]

You get:

$> tacoma switch foo
$>

An error message would be appreciated.

Anyway, if you don't want to set a repo, you can use as workaround:

repo: ""

Wrong documentation on ENV

The Readme states:

Will display the export commands for the AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID credential environment variables

This is not true unless you pass the --with-exports to the switch command.

BTW, why show the export commands instead of show and execute by default?

1.0.14 Error: 'realpath'

After updating to 1.0.14, with Ruby 2.1.2 raise this error:

Nothing changed in tacoma files between 1.0.13 and this new version.
