On the examples page:
many links are dead.
I think this prevents newcomers from being awe-inspired by what one can do with flask.
Trying to go to the site with SSL (https://flask.pocoo.org/) gives an invalid cert error :(
http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/flask-docs.zip return a 404 Error
The app runs very slow, it takes minutes to open the page...
releases.py
(and the live website) still list 0.11 for the latest release:
https://github.com/pallets/flask-website/blob/master/flask_website/listings/releases.py#L41
Just so you know 😃
The link to http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/0.12/.latex/Flask.pdf on the home page of the Flask website gives a 404 error.
A search of this Github repo for ".pdf" yields a single search result: flask_website/static/logo/flask.pdf, which is damaged.
Do we need a clean up?
I'll +1 if you'd like to keep the ones that WAS powered by Flask once upon a time. But I will not accept one like this http://meetupmeeter.com/, whose footer says Proudly powered by WordPress
.

If I try to search for “flash”, I get a 500 error:
http://flask.pocoo.org/search/?q=flash
I’ve found a few other searches related to flash that seem to fail; they may or may not be related:
And some searches that work:
Repro’d in Safari and Chrome on OS X. I’m coming from a UK-based ISP, if that’s significant.
I was trying to search for the pages on message flashing. I couldn’t find a pattern to rejected searches, except that they all involve the word “flash”.
At the Snippet 89 there is a link pointing to Localtunnel website. Unfortunelly, Localtunnel home page has changed from http://progrium.com/localtunnel/ to http://localtunnel.me/
When I click on PDF link, i have 404 webpages

Tired to easy_install distribute
, but no work, see #68 for more details.
In the main website, github links for minitwit and flaskr are broken.
That's a shame because I'd love to see them.
I don't know what the pallets team's stance is on Python package managers. I guess it's good to point out that when it comes to application dependency management, the Python Software Foundation officially recommends Pipenv:
https://packaging.python.org/guides/tool-recommendations/#application-dependency-management
It would be nice to see popular frameworks like Flask or Django, etc. start advocating it, or at least including it in their quickstart guides! I only discovered it through someone's Flask tutorial.
Anyway, I'm sure you guys have thought about it, but just putting it out there~
http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/0.12/.latex/Flask.pdf link from http://flask.pocoo.org/ gives a 404 error.
