To make this run in pycharm (Per PresidentNick):

create a virtual environment in pycharm
add selenium package to the project interpreter
download correct version of chromedriver at http://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html?path=2.14/
open the zip and copy the chromedriver executable to /usr/bin/
In pycharm, create a new run configuration and under Environment Variables add PATH = /usr/bin/
run the tests!
