Startdate of the project is 08.02.2014. The Startdate and the release date are before this date!

This is the result after Day 1 of the "Mauer" Project! Needs to 25% ready.

The tool writes to database and calculates EV values, even if you did not change anything.
This makes for an unpleasurable user experience, since the calculation of values takes from 5 up to 20 seconds depending on hardware and internet connection speed.

Export complete WBS or defined parts of it to a *.mpp.
Sort the order along the dependencies or the WBS structure.

If you use a normal user account to try to create the project, you get an unknown error instead of an error message regarding rights.

This might just be a wrong String being used instead of a confirmation message. Not sure though.

When there is an Toplevel Workpackage that has no Childs, calculating the duration goes into an endless loop without any useful message.

Suggestion would be to round to two decimal places.

The field ETC and EAC have the same value. The EAC is wrong!

The fields in ETC and BAC needs to be roundes to the 3 numbers.

Starting the Tool one CPU core gets loaded with work.

If you login as a normal user and go to the detail view of a work package, you can see ALL "Aufwände" instad of just yours.

The Workpackage Overview (The tree where the workapackages are displayed) should be changed, because the width is uneccesary wide.
The tree has to be reduced to the left side, while on the right side the contents of the workpackage are displayed. This replaces the current Workpackage View, where a new window pops up.

The ETC of an workpackage should be calculatable from the database at any time. To achive that all changes to the etc of an wp, besides efforts, should be tracked in a table.
One option would be to create a new table for this, or the work_effort table could be used, by adding a new boolean column, to differntiate between etc changes and efforts.
Finally the etc in the workpackage table should never be changed by anything besides a calculation from work efforts and etc changes.

This leads to a division / 0 and to a wrong CPI

The planed value (PV) and earned value (EV) seems not calculated in the right way. It will be necessary to check the calculation and calculate both values on a daily base.

If the AC amount is bigger then the ETC on the WP, the ETC needs to be set to "0" and the user needs be be ask to check the ETC.

I'm getting this message even if the entered daily rate is valid. 100.0 for example. After dismissing the message, the daily rate is saved anyway.

It schould be possible to move a WP with drag&drop or by changing the WBS ID inside of the tree.

Database is already prepared. Just the application needs work.

Common UI design principles suggest pressing enter on a login form should submit the data and log you in.

While using the tool someone might want to change the time investment or description of work on a work package. The GUI enables the user to edit the cells in the table, but the changes are not applied to any database. This is however expected behavior, only the suggestion to the user, he could edit data, is wrong.

If one wants to correct wrong times, she can simply insert a negative time.

Workapackages canot be deleted at the moment, if they have dependencies to planned_value and maybe other tables.

Analysing during calculating a baseline the critical path(s).

By clicking the button "Info" in the menu bar on the login dialog, the tool crashes with a NullpointerException.

This issue was not so likely to happen with a file based database, if you did not move/delete it. Since we're now using a DBMS via network it's more likely that the connection gets lost.
