cs121-project3's Introduction

cs121-project3

This is a project I did for a course. It is a simple Caeser's Cypher program that takes a key and moves the alpha characters forward and backward using a file, based on the specifications given to me.

There probably is nothing that you can use in this repository, but feel free to with no restrictions; I hereby release all source code posted to this repository to the public domain. I am simply uploading it to practice Git.

cs121-project3's Issues

The program cannot be canceled

If the user wants to cancel the operation in the middle of the input process, they are not able to do so and must either force quit the program or finish the input. The user should be given an option to quit when requested for input.

The code doesn't actually work yet

Right now, the code doesn't actually work. It currently asks for input, but does not output any useful information. It is not possible to get good input using the current version.

Arguments do not work

The program does not accept any arguments. This would allow for it to be run silently, without prompting for input from the command line. This should be incorporated.
