Would be really interesting to be able to generate these heat maps programmatically from the command line (or a module) using something like node-canvas & the existing js code. I'm currently generating daily maps and there's no clean solution to automate.

There is a nice feature of the following website:

The site allows you to enter sample text, then all the layouts pre-configured are ranked for your sample text.
However, after the layouts are ranked, you can select the 'Personalized' button, and a layout is created especially for your sample text.
It's a nice feature, and something you could consider for your application.

my idea was to simulate the typing of the characters in realtime, like each keystroke has a delay of 0.5 seconds and the keyboard is slowly drawn character by character.
I'm gonna look into the code in a second to see if I can make it

When an exclamation point is entered it removes all previous pieces of data on the heatmap.

@Rolzad73 I see that you have created and added an ergodox qwerty layout.

Is there any way to add that to the main repo with a pull request? It looks @pa7 's master has moved a head a bit, but I still think your contribution to the project is valuable. And if everyone agree's it would be nice to add to the master branch.

there is a insteresting MR #31 that is pretty well documented. is a great contribution Spanish is widely spoken and many use it, the reasons are very explained in #31 and I think you should take just 10 minutes and watch it. @pa7
