Newest version of GIMP DDS Plugin is now 3.0.1,
not really a bug as such, merely something to
update for the next release.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import/Export WEBP file with transparence 


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If import webp image with transparence gimp open transparency as Black/white 
same if i export image with transparence. 

(in attachement you can see original WebP image (with transparence) and same 
image after import & export with gimp plugin! 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gimp-plugin-webp 0.1.1-2 on GIMP 2.8.14 for Linux (ARCH LINUX 64BIT)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Fresh install of gimp using the official 2.8.14 INSTALLER on WIndows 7 64bit.
2.Ran gimp once fine and then closed just to test installation.
2.Install latest gimp-extensions version 2.8.20141126 (2014-11-26)
3.Run gimp.

On gimp startup when extensions are queried upon reaching 
gap_decode_mplayer.exe it hangs the PC until I press [CTRL]+[ALT]+[DEL] to 
reach the Windows task manager which forces gimp to give up this popup error:

[gap_decode_mplayer.exe - Entry Point Not Found] - "The procedure entry point 
g_get_home_dir_utf8 could not be located in the dynamic link library 
libglib-2.0-0.dll.

Once acknowledged gimp continues to load fine. If I remove C:\Program 
Files\GIMP\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\gap_decode_mplayer.exe gimp loads fine without 
interruption, but I have no idea what effect this has on Gimp Animation Package.

Hi,
I installed GIMP_Extensions_v2.8_latest on Gimp 2.8.8 Windows 7 and when I 
start GIMP I get the error message something like "gap_decode_mplayer.exe   
g_get_home_dir_utf8 wasn't found in DLL libglib-2.0-0.dll".
See attached screenshot.
After the message, gimp starts ok.

/S switch for silent installation prompts to select a language settings for 
installation, that windows should be suppressed and use the default setting or 
provide a switch option to set the language installation, this makes the 
deployment of the package across multiple machines unsuccefull since it just 
get stuck in the select language windows forever.

If selecting a languaje the rest of the installation goes supressed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install gimp-2.8.6-setup.exe reboot, start, run, quit.
2. Install GIMP_Extensions_v2.8_latest.exe, reboot, start GIMP 2.
3. See errors below at GIMP 2 startup.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My expected output is an error-free startup of the GIMP 2 application. What I 
see instead is a series of errors that go as follows:

ERROR Window #1-
"Seperate_import.exe-System Error (window)
(X) The program can't start because libtiff-3.dll is missing from your 
computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. [OK]"

Then the same Seperate_import.exe-System Error (window) a second time.

Then ERROR Window #2-
"gmic_gimp.exe - Application Error (window)
(X)  The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to 
close the application. [OK]"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version of GIMP 2 is loaded from gimp-2.8.6-setup.exe. My operating system is 
Windows 7 Home Premium (C)2009, SPK1.

Please provide any additional information below.

Is there any way to run the installer silently for deployment across a school 
network?

it would be nice to add an option to this extensions-pack can be added to the 
portable version of gimp (portableapps.com)

When starting Gimp I see an error message.  It allows me to select ok and then 
continues to startup.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gimp 2.8.10 with Windows 8.1 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.

I had the same problem with previous versions of Gimp.  I would think that 
these type of errors would have been fixed in the newest version of Gimp, but 
it wasn't.
