Currently the runtime will not be started until a start event is generated. We have to send a start event instead of waiting for the stop

Currently it is not possible to use the logger since this code executes into another process. Error are logged using stderr
We should configure the logging module in this process or use IPC to send the messages to the agent.

When lxml 2.1.1 (Debian 5.0.6) is used the daemon segfault when an XMLSchema is loaded from its filename. This is a known bug which has been fixed in lxml two years ago. To be compatible with old releases of lxml we can load the XMLSchema from an ElementTree instead of a filename. It works fine.
