What are the requirements of the clips database API?
This API will be used as the backend for the clips query site, and possibly for things like a discord/reddit bot.
This issue will serve as discussion of the requirements and design of the API.
Tying into my other comment on #2 what if this repo is just an API reference document to how to grab the clips and then people can set up their own websites and the license agreement is to link back to Overtrack?
