Setting the ca on Bun.serve affects incoming requests to the server, not outgoing fetch() requests. There is no Web-standard API to support ca in fetch(), but we could implement something for it.

@Electroid so ca enforces mTLS? Or am I misunderstanding?

What I really want is NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS #7124.

Also, where is the server getting it's cert/key from if it's not being set? I don't have any keys in the bundle.
