First, thanks for this module!

It apparently strips other img tags such as class="img-responsive", etc. when it rewrites the source to locally. How can you either stop this - or set a default set of classes that get written in when it imports it.

Also, is there a way to allow this to run automatically without having to load and re-save every page?

If I use an Repeater Field the replacement doesn't seem to work.
