Add a ship sunk function so that the grid can change to black for sunk ships.

Add the appropriate gird colors for hits, misses, sunken ships, your ships locations, scans, etc.

While attempting to fire or scan (player's turn), the enemy's ship map should be displayed.
While viewing enemy hits (enemy turn), the player's ship map should be displayed.

Shippy is our kid friendly battleship mascot. Shippy sits above a Shippy's Tips box that gives tips to the players as to help them navigate the interface and play battleship.
