I was able to make the phonon animation play and loop by default, but need to look into allowing the user to pause the animation now.

Problems:

It is difficult to have a three-body system, for instance add the moon. The moon can easily fly away. I prefer to have
only two-body system for the verlet algorithm demonstration.
