Support Chinese

My Chinese client looks like this

I switched the game client to English and the name of the store item appeared normally

First test of the client UI - Godwin

Things to fix from the first UI test made by GodWin

When recovering all types of items in the game an error occurs and the store admin tool stops working. (Error described below)
Check destroy UI when client disconnects from server or load the main screen
The admin DELETE button label
Store button colors when disabled
Check alphabetical order of items
Header of form fields
