The GeoClue service was masked.
However, it's strange that before the current Fedora update the program was working, and after the update it stopped, although I didn't change anything with the GeoClue service.

@hodow1694 we would need more info, because I have tested 2023.12.20 from flatpak on Fedora 39 VM, and it works just fine for me.

- For example the output of this
systemctl status geoclue.servicecould be relevant. - Are the location services enabled here or not?
- Have you removed any RPMs from a standart Fedora 39 Installation?
