Search when adding POIs doesn't match category names about organicmaps HOT 3 OPEN

Not all translations are searched. It should be an easy fix...

As already said in #3260, searching works only by strings from categories.txt.
But displayed categories names are located in values/strings.xml.

• I suspect that this issue not only about category-type strings. Strange behaviour according to screenshots, should investigate.

Some questions:

1. Do I correct understand that the recommended solution here would be to add synonyms to the category.txt?
2. Why adding strings from values/strings.xml(or other resource) is bad idea?
