I can't create a test java in this project. There should be one part for files xsd and one part for test files on the classes generate by JaxB.

Addition of the version 2.0.2 of Filter Encoding in filter/2.0.2 . There is already the version 2.0.1 in the folder filter/2.1 .

In this second part of the OGC filter encoding test, we will test the spatial and temporal operator.

Replace the reference to 2.1 from the official 2.0 FES

While xlink was, in some places, linked to a custom implementation of the OGC until now in some places, it has been replaced, theoritically everywhere, since the end of July. The xlink schemas provided by th W3C are used instead, as expected. We must update our schemas here, in order to stay tuned with this new state.

Update jaxb schema to refer to OWS Commom 1.1

The test for Filter Encoding take the xml filters examples from the OGC, unmarshal the xml file, marshal the produced java object and compare the initial xml file with the obtained xml file. This comparison of two file xml use the library commons-io. It remains to perform a similar test starting from object java and compare the two objects : initial and obtained.

In this last part of the OGC filter encoding test, we will test the operator ressource ID, the filter Sorting and the extended operator.

In this first part of the OGC filter encoding test, we will test the function, the ressource identification, the minimun standard filter and the standard filter.
The type of query define in filter encoding can't be used because all the generated class are abstact.
