It is not for Firefox but for Opera 15 - 75.
Release 76+ unlocked native install: https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/changelog-for-76/

It is best to update Opera to version 95 on Windows 7 and 8.1, and to release 100 on Windows 10 and 11 (Probably similar for GNU/Linux and macOS).

I'm not sure why I filed this issue; at the time I probably didn't see this was made exclusively for Opera 😅
