What is currently tracked as LI's Terms of Service are the "LinkedIn Service Terms" (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/service-terms). They refers to LinkedIn's other services are not actually the ToS from our perspective. The ToS would be the LI User Agreement (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement)

Text versions of the FB guidelines have some, but not complete, indication of structure in nested lists. I have not looked at other guidelines yet.

This should actually be nested on three (four?) levels:

Coded statements ...
* Context
  - Local context ...
  - The target of the content...
* Implicit threats to bring armaments...
* Claims or speculation about election-related corruption..., including: 
  - Targeting individual(s)
  - Targeting a specific location (state or smaller)
  - Where the target is not explicit 

The HTML does not differentiate between levels; that's done in CSS, unfortunately. But the source markdown already differentiates between levels; there is an extra newline before the first item of the sub-lists above ('local context' and 'targeting individual(s)'. It might be possible to use this information to format the markdown to nest the sub-clauses.

At least the Facebook Community Guidelines still have the text of the 'Read less' 'Read more' button in several sections. The text itself appears to be complete, so this should just need automatic filtering out.

The latest available version does not include the section on ‘Account compromise’ which is visible online: https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-rules. I'm not sure how that can be explained

Most historical versions of the Facebook Community Guidelines just contain a change in links

It seems like what we are tracking as IG Community Guidelines is actually IG's Copyright policy
