Hi, not sure what it means, you are trying load balancer ? i am actually not fimilar with it however you mean when you visit the website www1.y... and it redirect you back to www.yx..... ?

Its meaned like,

i connect to the load balancer at www.domain.tld then the load balancer gets the data from www1.domain.tld. At this moment I do all traffic about the load balancer in the url bar www.domain.tld the first time/first page/main page. When I want to register over the load balancer then the mailing process goes stucked, no connect to the smtp server. If i use www1. or wwwX. directly to register, the smtp connection is ongoing and works.
